During power Leveling services, we leave all gold and useful equipment found during leveling on your character.
After you pay, we start working on your order within two hours after receiving unless our power-level department is queued with orders. You can be assured that we will start working on your order once our professional power-levelers become available.
When someone sends a tell to your character, we will respond as if AFK or DND. We can respond in any way you like though. Please let us know in advance if you have preferred responses to incoming tell.
In the period of power leveling, if you require termination, you would only be assumed fee of the segment which has been finished. Surplus money(50%) will be sent back exactly to the amount after the commission charge is deducted.
Refrain from changing your password or logging in your account during the course of power-leveling, which may seriously delay the service.
If your character to be leveled owns big-ticket items or lots of golds, you have to state all these important possessions (Expensive items listing, Total amount of golds.) clearly when you are placing the order, or you can make a proper arrangement to avoid making such a statement. Or you can give us a brand new account to avoid any collateral demage to the big-ticket character(s) that dwelled in the existing account in case of mishap.
Note: We only take full responsibility of the integrity of the character being leveled but not of any collateral demage or loss to your other character(s).
We will start power-leveling your character after the confirmation of successful payment. Be well noted that any delays in the leveling deadline that due to force majeure such as: Network/Game Server down (failure) will not be compensated by us.
Do change your account password immediately when the power-leveling is completed. We will not bear any responsibility after 24 hours since the email has been sent.
If your account got banned by accident during the leveling timeframe, you have the duty to find your account back yourself. It’s certain that you can get it back at your insistence. We will offer you some assistance referring how to get it back. But if you still can’t find it back, the only reason for this is your improper registration information for your game account. We can neither redeem for the closure nor refund you the remaining money. We can continue to level for you to the level you ordered to immediately after you get your account back.
If you have placed gold order before from our site for the account you wish to power level but haven’t received any or all of the gold, please inform us before powerleveling. In the case that your character(s) have huge amounts of gold, please transfer those gold to your other account then inform us to get the powerleveling started.
